My wife and I have been buying cars here for years. I recently purchased a ford maverick and absolutely love the car and the process of buying. The team at echelon couldn’t have made it any easier for me. I received a fair price. I was not pushed into adding warranties or services I didn’t want. The finance terms were good. I went there with some specifics of what I was looking for and my sales consultant, Kyle Wilson and his team found the best deal for me with exactly what I wanted. They are a company that cares about their customers, and this is why I keep going back to Echelon Ford!

I had an epic experience purchasing my new 2023 Ford F150 with Eric! Chip, Chris, Jim, Eric, and entire team at Echelon ford is simply flawless. They gave me such a great deal that I did not even have any room for negotiations. I was notified in timely manner by the team about my placed order. They thoroughly explained everything , and in addition Eric spent time for an overview of how all the electrical features work. I did have a question after the purchase and without hesitation they gladly gave me the answer(s) I needed. Overall from start to finish the purchase couldn't have been smoother. I absolutely will be purchasing from Echelon Ford again and I highly recommend them to others.

This has been my third lease with Echelon Ford and working with them when getting a new vehicle is such a seamless process. Not only are they super knowledgeable, but everyone is incredibly friendly and down to earth. Rob Cortney and Jake Carr were wonderful to work with when I was deciding between two different models. They were patient and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with my final choice. The process of getting a new car can be daunting with all of the decisions and paperwork, but everyone at echelon ford is so kind and easy to speak with, that it makes the process fly by. I recently had an experience with Echelon Ford Service, and I must say, it left me thoroughly unimpressed. In my opinion, their service was nothing short of useless. I brought my car in with a specific issue, hoping that their expertise would help identify and resolve it. However, I was met with a disappointing lack of diagnostic ability. Moreover, the customer service at Echelon Ford Service was far from inviting. I found their staff to be quite standoffish, at least when it came to my interactions with them. The general ambiance fell far short of expectations, contributing to a less-than-pleasant experience. Additionally, I couldn't help but notice that Echelon Ford Service seemed all too eager to charge an arm and a leg for their services if you're not still under warranty. Fortunately, I was covered by warranty during my visit, so there was seemingly no incentive for them to go the extra mile to help me. This pricing strategy left me feeling like they were more interested in squeezing money out of customers than in providing quality service. Overall, my experience with Echelon Ford Service was far from satisfactory. Their inability to diagnose problems, unfriendly customer service, and seemingly high prices for those not under warranty left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I'll definitely be exploring other options for my car service needs in the future.

Once again Echelon Ford has gone above and beyond in terms of quality of sales people. As well as the ease of service. I went in and spoke to Nyvette about possibly trading my car in and getting something newer and bigger. She helped me try quite a few cars and was patient and understanding the whole time. There was no pressure to hurry and pick. No aggressive sales tactics to get me to purchase something I didn’t want. Everyone treated me with the utmost respect and helped me through the process. Even when I had what felt to me like silly questions, they say with me and went over everything in great detail so there were no misunderstandings. I walked out with a brand new car and will continue to come back here for quality service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Shame they get a free 1 star because google makes me. Towed in my Ford F150 for multiple dash lights going off and violent shaking when truck started so it wasn’t drivable. I had no issues with the truck since I bought it in 2020 and it ran completely fine until one turn of the key on Monday. First off, if you’re dealing with Tom just call in to speak to someone else. This guy is the most disrespectful liar I’ve had to deal with in any kind of customer service. He wont call you back for a whole day (despite saying he will call you). Left voicemail and text message that was ignored. He also was in his office a couple of times and sent me to voicemail even though the girl who transferred me said he was available. Had to speak to Keith to even find out what was going on with the Truck. Turns out there were issues I didn’t even hear that were awaiting my approval but no one was talking to me. Was told I could pick up truck for weekend while they wait for part to fix ABS sensor after other work was completed. Was told that was the only light on and truck was safe to drive. WELL LET ME TELL YOU the truck is NOT safe to drive because the power steering doesn’t work. Also has more than just the ABS light on in the dashboard. And it worked before I took it in. I found this out after I paid for all work done already. I am not able to drive it safely in its current state, when they told me it was. So I was lied to about the condition of my vehicle via Tom and now they need to take more looks at it. As a paying customer of Ford this is unacceptable and I feel like I’m being ripped off. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE PLEASE. If you work hard for your money like me, go somewhere else with your business.
